Coming from a engineering and mechanic-based family background, I have always been deeply intrigued by the inner workings of guitars and instruments. So when I picked up the guitar over 15 years ago, my curiosity led me to unravel its secrets. At the age of 13, I was fearlessly pulling apart my guitars, determined to understand how they work and what I could do to get them to sound and play like I wanted.
By the time I reached 17, I had earned the reputation of being the go-to person in my musical circle for guitar fixes and setups. But my hunger for knowledge and mastery didn't stop there. I sought out specialized courses and delved into the study of both vintage and modern guitar-building techniques. Armed with a newfound understanding, I was ready to take on the challenge of establishing my own workshop and extending my services to fellow musicians.
Time whisked by, and before I knew it, I found myself working alongside Colemans Music. This collaboration allowed me to expand my horizons by working with a wide array of guitars from various brands and price points. From exquisite custom shop masterpieces to entry-level treasures, each instrument that crossed my path became an opportunity for me to refine my craft. With every repair, custom setup, complex wiring work, and meticulous fretwork, I relished the chance to breathe new life into these beloved instruments.
And so, after countless strings strung and over a decade of honing my skills, I can introduce Guitar Mechanic. It is a culmination of my passion, skills, and commitment to delivering the level of repairs and service that I would expect for my own precious collection.
Regardless of whether it's a humble Squier or a cherished Custom Shop ESP or Gibson, every guitar receives the same undivided attention and care to ensure that it reaches its full potential.
